On behalf of the firm, Mr. Ruiz leads in the leasing of significant projects such as the Nuveen/Allianz portfolio in Waterford Business District, Aventura Optima, Centrum Doral and One Cocowalk. In addition, he has also represented notable companies including Prestige Cruises, Perkins & Will, IA Interior Architects, Dufry and Molina Healthcare. Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Ruiz was Director of Codina Realty Services, LLC, the real estate leasing division of Codina Partners that manages leasing of Codina Partners-owned properties.
