Josu'e Velney is the Director of Acquisition for Winter Hill Homes LLC and a Real Estate Broker at Dress Blue Realty LLC. Josu’e works with sellers and buyers specializing in rental property acquisitions, small development consulting, and luxury home sales.
Jous'e is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, the National Association of Realtors and Tau Alpha Pi’s National Honor Society for Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology where he's majoring in Construction Management.
Josu'e promise is to serve his client’s to the best of his ability. Prior to serving his real estate client’s, Josue served five years in the United States Marine Corps, where he deployed three times over seas. After returning home from military service, Josu’e continues to service his community as a Somerville Fire Lieutenant and Board member of the Somerville YMCA.
