Coming from a hard-working family, Joshua’s dream at the early age of 10 yrs old was to buy and sell real estate.
Joshua had an interest in everything real estate and over the years real estate became second nature. With over 16 years worth of sales negotiation and experience with local and international property marketing from new emerging markets, Joshua built strong client bases throughout Europe, Asia, Australia, and America through iglobal properties.
After returning to Australia from the Mediterranean Joshua was fortunate enough to join the prestigious 110 yr old Real Estate Institute of NSW. As the youngest NSW account executive, Joshua worked with young agents throughout NSW on property practices and facilitating professional standards in client relations, codes of conduct, work etiquette, work practices, and compliance, as well as regularly attending CPD training courses networking with government officials.
Coming from Licensee in Charge of Century 21 Rozelle/Balmain, Joshua was currently ranked in the top 10% of sales agents in NSW for Century 21 Australasia with an auction clearance rate of 95%.
