Prior to joining the real estate industry, Josh began his sales and marketing career 15 years ago in San Francisco, in the Dot Com arena. He quickly established himself as an asset to both small and large companies, developing and managing sales/marketing processes for both internal and external sales teams. Josh’s first venture, Zip2 Corporation (Elon Musk/1997) focused primarily on utilizing local newspapers as a vehicle to direct online traffic to local businesses (nationwide). On-line advertising was in its infancy and media ventures such as Knight Ridder Communications helped blaze the trail by partnering with Zip2 to create new channels through which small business owners could discover new business opportunities. Following Zip2, Josh joined Oracle Corporation’s Dot Com Database team. Eventually, Josh’s entrepreneurial spirit drew him back into the start-up arena, where he joined Versata Inc. (App. Dev.
