Josh Meisner joined Leo Josephs & Company, Inc. (LJCI) in 2006, after interning with LJCI in 2005. Since joining LJCI, Josh has focused on the acquisition of portfolios and individual industrial, multi-family, retail and office buildings. Josh has been involved in the acquisition process including due diligence for industrial portfolios and vacant land for development, both locally and nationally. Josh has closed in excess of $500 million in real estate transactions across the United States.
In addition to his role for LJCI, Josh manages and leases industrial and office buildings owned and joint ventured by LJCI and its affiliates.
Josh holds a BA degree from the University of Delaware. He has completed various commercial real estate continuing education programs at NYU. Josh is a New Jersey licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
