About

Joshua Pollack recently joined FM Capital as Executive Vice President and Director of Commercial Mortgage Advisory after founding boutique mortgage brokerage Skyline Capital and Associates where he and his partner originated over $7 billion of commercial mortgage transactions. Prior to Skyline Josh was a Senior Vice President and Branch Manager of the Park Slope Branch of First Meridian Mortgage for 15 years where he managed a team of 15 Residential mortgage loan originators. Joshua is responsible for overseeing the firms Commercial Real Estate Mortgage Advisory which includes developing and maintaining lender relationships, managing the originations team and maintaining quality control of loan packages. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business.
