Josh Perew, Director, is responsible for providing financing solutions to commercial real estate developers and owners throughout the United States. Throughout his career, Mr. Perew has placed over $63 million in financing and specializes in multifamily, student housing, and self-storage assets.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Perew served as a capital markets specialist for Deerwood Real Estate Capital where he analyzed operating history and pro-forma cash flow, strategically designed unique marketing packages for presentation to financial institutions, and maintained relationships with several debt and equity sources.
Mr. Perew graduated from Yeshiva University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Beyond the company, he volunteers at the Habitat for Humanity in addition to other non-profit organizations.
