Based in Morristown, New Jersey, Josh Cohen concentrates his practice at Cushman & Wakefield in all facets of corporate real estate including: leasing, sales, build-to-suit, corporate dispositions (i.e. subleases, sales, sale-leasebacks), and corporate advisory.
