Joshua Johnson is a First Vice President Investments in the firm’s founding Palo Alto office and specializes in investment sales of retail, industrial, office, and redevelopment properties. Josh joined Marcus & Millichap in 2013 after working as a commercial real estate appraiser in Silicon Valley for ten years. He joined Kirk Trammell and David Cutler, an established and successful brokerage team that focuses on preserving their client’s capital and improving their cash flow through strategic tax-deferred exchanges. Since joining the team in 2013, Josh has participated in more than 200 sale transactions with a total consideration in excess of $900 million. Prior to moving into brokerage, Josh worked at CBRE as a senior commercial real estate appraiser.
