Josh’s successful track record includes the representation of influential retail property owners including NYSE REIT’s in addition to privately-owned specialty retail projects.
When not hard at work on behalf of his clients, Josh can be found paddle boarding or hanging out in Delray Beach with his wife and daughter. A graduate of Jacksonville University, Josh holds a degree in Finance and is an active member of ICSC and the Urban Land Institute.
