As an Asbury Park resident, Josh has spent years both living & investing in properties within Monmouth County. Josh uses a combination of his personal experience in residential housing & long term & short-term rental investments, local knowledge, & different marketing tools & strategies to help both buyers & sellers. With over 15 years of retail experience, he understands the importance of customer service & dedicates his time & energy to providing an exceptional customer experience. A New Jersey native, having lived in Union, Ocean, & Monmouth Counties, Josh is familiar with the Jersey Shore & neighboring areas. Josh sits on the Asbury Park Rent Levelling Board as well as the Advisory Board for Seton Hall’s Customer Experience Certificate Program. Josh was also appointed by the City of Asbury Park to the Deal Lake Commission. He earned his BA from Muhlenberg College & MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. Josh is an active volunteer at Island Beach State Park, teaching children with Autism how to surf.
