With 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Josh has sold more than $1 billion of private and institutional real estate in the San Francisco Bay Area, representing over 3 million square feet of space. His efforts are focused on the acquisition and disposition of office and industrial investment properties and development sites throughout Northern California, with a strong focus on the San Francisco market. He also maintains a robust leasing practice, primarily representing San Francisco landlords. Prior to joining Newmark in 2024, he spent 11 years at CBRE which acquired The CAC Group in 2013, where he started his real estate career in 2004 as a senior financial and research analyst, becoming an expert in market trends and future areas of opportunity.
