Josh began his career in commercial real estate in 2002 after moving east from his home state of California. He formed PULSE in 2012 after a six year tenure at international commercial real estate firm, CBRE, and completion of his masters degree in real estate from Georgetown University. His real estate knowledge, strong relationships with DC area landlords, retail tenants and restauranteurs, vast experience with real estate transactions, understanding of market trends, and passion to better the landscape of the DC area serve as the backbone of the company.
