About

Josh Friedlander joined NewQuest Properties in 2010, but has been active in the retail real estate industry for over eleven years where he specializes in project leasing, tenant representation, land, and investment sales. Josh has represented a multitude of landlords including NewQuest Properties, Braun Enterprises, Inland American, RPI Management, RPD Catalyst, and A&M Capital RE among others. Josh graduated from The University of Texas where he received a degree in finance. He is currently an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). In his spare time, Josh enjoys skiing Lake Travis, watching sports, and spending time with family.
