As a director with Newmark, Josh Francis specializes in debt and equity placement for all residential and commercial products. Mr. Francis is responsible for originating and executing debt & equity transactions across the United States. He focuses on structuring, sourcing, marketing and placement of mortgage financings, mezzanine loans and structured financings for both single assets and property portfolios.
Josh joined Newmark with more than 7 years of experience and was previously an Associate in HFF/JLL’s Dallas office. During his time at HFF/JLL, Josh helped facilitate over $4.2 Billion of debt financings and raised over $150 Million of equity across more than 100 transactions. Prior to his time at HFF/JLL, Josh was an Associate at Goldman Sachs within their Real Estate Finance Group located in Dallas, Texas.
