Josi Williams is a member of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Charlottesville, Virginia brokerage office, where she focuses on the lease and sale of retail and office properties. While she works on many Landlord assignments in and around Charlottesville, Josi has found her specialty in Tenant Representation. As an Alumna of the School of Architecture at UVA, she has an analytical approach and a unique eye for design which has proven valuable to her clients. Josi knows Virginia well – her upbringing in Northern Virginia and time spent at UVA provided great exposure to the Charlottesville and surrounding Virginia markets. She spent her four years at UVA on the Women’s Varsity Volleyball team, serving her final two seasons as a team captain. Through this experience, Josi learned how to manage a fast-paced environment, competitive atmosphere, and how to form strong connections with teammates and coaches. Josi uses these tools to continually provide rewarding lease and sale negotiations for her tenants in Charlottesville, Richmond, and other central and western Virginia markets
