Joseph Phelps joined The Porosoff Group in the beginning of 2020 as a commercial real estate advisor specializing in mixed use assets. With over 10 years of real estate experience, Joseph has become a trusted advisor on the transactional and underwriting side of commercial real estate. He has underwritten over $1 billion in commercial real estate assets throughout the Southeast United States with a majority being in the Tri-County of Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
Joseph is a licensed real estate agent and previously worked as an investment associate specializing in industrial properties and land at Marcus and Millichap for over 4 years. Joseph graduated from the University of Arizona with an undergraduate degree in Accounting. Additionally, he also received his MBA from the University of Miami with concentrations in Real Estate and Finance. Joseph is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
