He was able to reach that goal in 1980, when he got his broker's license and started two new businesses, Mancini Realty Co. and Mancini Custom Homes. Since its inception in 1980, Mancini Custom Homes has built over 1,000 extraordinary properties on Long Beach Island. Our real estate division has also closed countless deals and has continuously satisfied our clients. LBI real estate values have gone up significantly in the past decade, even a midst an economic crisis.
