Joey Blatner is a Senior Vice President with CBRE’s Northwest Retail Capital Markets based in Portland, Oregon. Over the past 25 years, he has been involved in more than 700 transactions totaling more than $2 billion in value. He has transacted in all 50 states and worked with investors from around the world. Throughout his career, Joey has represented numerous developers and institutions as well as private investors in the acquisition and disposition of their shopping centers and free-standing net leased investments. Joey and his team leverage numerous industry relationships – with REITS, private investors, private capital, lenders and institutional players – to best understand the continually changing retail market. As a data-driven individual, Joey provides deep financial analysis, new lease structuring and M&A portfolio execution. Joey has lived in the Pacific Northwest all of his life and has spent the majority of his time in the Portland Metro Area. He began his career at Marcus & Millichap in 1998.
