Joseph L. Hudson is a Vice President at CBRE, Inc. with the New York Tri-State Retail Services Group. Partnering with Richard Hodos, Joe assists numerous domestic retailers on their New York and national store strategies, while also representing a selection of New York’s most prominent developers. Additionally, Joe is strongly focused on crafting and implementing store strategies for foreign fashion brands looking to establish a presence in New York City as well as across the U.S. His experience from both the developer and tenant perspective gives him exceptional insight into both sides of a transaction—experience he puts at the service of his clients. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Hudson worked as a Consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton. Mr. Hudson graduated from Hamilton College in 2010.
