Joseph currently manages and leases over 750,000 Sq Ft of office, industrial, and retail space throughout South Florida. Joseph also specializes in distressed properties and currently represents several banks in the managing of their extreme distressed properties across Miami-Dade County area. His educational background is a B.S. in Management from University of Florida. Joseph is a philanthropist and one of the youngest members of the foundation for Baptist Health Systems. He also currently serves a member of the Baptist Health Systems Foundation Real Estate Committee, as well as West Kendall Baptist Hospital Foundation Board.
