Current Responsibilities
Mr. Joe Fabiano joined JLL’s Boston office in March of 2014. As a Senior Vice President and Team Lead on the Industrial Practice Group, Mr. Fabiano focuses his efforts on representing both tenants and landlords throughout Massachusetts.
Experience
Before Co-leading the Industrial Practice Team, Mr. Fabiano was a member of the South Team, where he leveraged his knowledge of the local market dynamics and trends to assist clients in advancing their corporate objectives through strategic real estate counsel. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Fabiano worked as a Sales Representative for Randstad Technologies, where he was responsible for managing enterprise accounts and new business development. Mr. Fabiano managed a number of high profile accounts including State Street Corporation, Covidien, Clean Harbors, and Sovereign Bank.
