During his tenure at Savills, Joseph has valued, structured, and negotiated hundreds of real estate transactions. In addition, Joseph has successfully been advising some of the firm’s most noteworthy and complex deals in acquisitions, dispositions, development and leasing. Whether designing and implementing custom complex financial transaction structures, crafting bespoke strategic plans, or developing proprietary research tools, Joseph creates bespoke solutions for his clients. Joseph specializes in representing nonprofit associations, educational entities, law firms, and financial institutions. His team’s relentless tenant-focused counsel ensures that clients get the best deal on the market. Joseph joined Savills in 2010 after beginning his career in trading at a large global macro hedge fund. Awards, Achievements and Activities Over the course of his career, Joseph work has contributed to his team earning the Real Estate Board of New York’s highest honor, the ‘Most Ingenious Deal of the Year’ award on three separate occasions.
