As a Financial Analyst on the Davis team, Jordan Stenholm is responsible for financial modeling and analysis of Industrial & Office acquisitions and dispositions for the state of Florida. In addition, she is also responsible for creating the marketing content, as well as curating the story and design of the marketing materials used in packaging. She also supports all phases of the transaction, playing an active role in the disposition of each asset during due diligence. Within the past year, Jordan has contributed towards approximately $800 Million dollars in transaction volume.
Prior to working at Cushman & Wakefield, Jordan advanced her quantitative and technical analysis skills working at Citibank as a Securities and Derivatives Analyst. During this time, she became committed to exercising and improving her public speaking skills through Toastmasters International. Today, she is active in the organization as President of the South Tampa Chapter, and has also served as Vice President of Membership and Vice President of Public Relations.
