Jordan is Co-Founder and Managing Principal of STREAM Capital Partners. With nearly 20 years of net lease and sale leaseback experience, Jordan helped form STREAM in 2012 after surpassing his role as the head of investment sales at larger firms where he stood out as top producer for numerous years. Since STREAM’s inception in 2012, Jordan has played a pivotal role in closing over $6 Billion in transactions and has become a trusted advisor to many clients in the acquisition and disposition of net lease and sale leaseback transactions of all asset types.
Jordan has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He is a licensed real estate broker and is actively involved in International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Association for Capital Growth (ACG).
