Throughout his 15+ year career in retail real estate and asset/portfolio management capacities, he has helped leading landlords — including RFR Realty, Ashkenazy Acquisition Corporation, Brixmor Property Group and Thor Equities – ensure successful execution of their business plans, with a focus on operational excellence, short and long-term performance, and value creation across their portfolios. Jordan was most recently Executive Vice President, Property Leasing and Development at Ashkenazy, leading leasing and marketing of the firm’s Tri-State and High-Street assets.
