Jordan Rathlev is an Executive Vice President at Related Ross, where he leads all aspects of mixed-use real estate acquisition and development management. His work includes project sourcing, financial underwriting, deal structuring, public/private partnerships, financing, and project and asset management. Jordan oversees Related Ross’s West Palm Beach initiatives, including property development, operations, leasing and management. He currently manages nearly a 2.0 million-square-foot operating office portfolio and a 3.5 million-square-foot office development pipeline, including under-construction 10 and 15 CityPlace. Beyond his professional role, Jordan is an active member of the West Palm Beach community. He serves on the board of the West Palm Beach Library Foundation, THE FUND for West Palm Beach Police, and is a former board member of the Southland Park and Prospect Park Neighborhood Association.
