Jordan Alleva joined Newmark in 2020 and currently serves as a Director in the company’s Roseville, California, office. Mr. Alleva specializes in the sale and acquisition of single-tenant net leased investment properties and multi-tenant retail centers on a nationwide basis.
Mr. Alleva earned Rookie of the Year in 2019 and the Pacesetter Award in 2018 at Marcus & Millichap’s Roseville and Reno offices, where he was the top rookie producer. He has demonstrated a significant history of working with corporate, institutional, development, and private clients. His core clients consist of private equity groups, preferred developers, franchisors, franchisees, and build-to-suit specialists on a national platform. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, he worked as a senior analyst conducting research to optimize clients’ portfolios through acquisitions and dispositions. He also has a successful track record with leasing transactions and negotiations for retail, office, and industrial tenants.
