Jonny Yuran joined Newmark in 2018 and serves as an associate with the firm’s newly formed Private Client Group. Based in Newmark’s Manhattan headquarters, Jonny canvases leads in the boroughs of Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx. He then educates owners on current and possible future market conditions and advises them on whether to sell or hold onto their properties. He also helps owners to sell their properties to potential buyers, focusing on middle market deals ranging from $5 million to $250 million.
Most recently, Jonny sold 96 Sterling Place, an 18,020-square-foot apartment building in Park Slope, Brooklyn, to Peak Capital and Rudd Realty for $10.4 million. The property has 25 units and a cellular tower and is 88% free-market.
In another recent deal, Jonny sold 1064-1066 Jackson Avenue, a development site in Long Island City with 25,235 buildable square feet, to BK Developers for $8 million. The property came with MTA approval and approved plans to build a seven-story condominium project with ground-floor retail space.
