Jonathan Zarin is an investment associate with Marcus & Millichap focusing primarily on multifamily and mixed-use properties in Lower East Side, East Village, Gramercy Park and Financial District. Prior to joining the fi rm, Jonathan managed a private family’s real estate holdings that ran the gamut from mixed use to industrial assets. His responsibilities included monitoring and negotiating leases with tenants, tracking and assessing fair market value information, assisting in the development of capital improvement plans and the management of budgets. Other responsibilities involved the selection and assessment of new spaces and analysis of existing portfolio performance and planning. Jonathan graduated from New York University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. He enjoys playing a myriad of sports and activities including golf, tennis, cycling, scuba diving and poker.
