About
Jonathan is Co-Founder and Managing Principal of STREAM Capital Partners. Prior to co-founding STREAM Capital Partners, Jonathan was Co-Founder and Co-Head of the National Net Lease & Sale Leaseback Group at Grubb & Ellis Company. Before Grubb & Ellis Company, Jonathan was at CB Richard Ellis where he focused on net lease dispositions and structuring and executing sale leaseback transactions. Jonathan began his career working in commercial and investment banking for J.P. Morgan Chase. Jonathan has a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an M.B.A. from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
