About

Jonathan Senn is a Director at Newmark with the firm’s Multifamily Investment Sales practice covering the South Florida market. He is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the transaction process including valuation, negotiations, due diligence and closings, in addition to fostering new and existing client relationships. Over his career, Jonathan has been involved in the sale of over $7 billion of multifamily and $500 million of commercial transactions including land and office. This is in addition to experience structuring equity and development joint ventures for the vertical construction of new apartment communities. Prior to joining Newmark, he was an associate with the Capital Markets Group of Avison Young (previously Flagler Real Estate Services - Miami, FL). Education Mr. Senn earned a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from the University of Florida, and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Florida International University. He is a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate and a member of the University of Florida - Friends and Alumni of Real Estate.
