Jonathan Schifrin is a Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Advisory and Transaction Services Group in New York, NY. He recently joined CBRE from Transwestern in February 2018, where he focused on representing landlords in the office and life science industries. His involvement in leasing assignments extends well beyond a traditional role, especially in the life science industry, advising clients through the pre-acquisition, underwriting, and feasibility stages. Jonathan is also responsible for client support and new business development.
Prior to his time at Transwestern, Jonathan worked at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he represented 3.5 million square feet of institutional quality space and completed more than 750,000 square feet of leasing transactions.
