Jonathan Scheinberg is Managing Principal and Founder of Outshine Properties. He has nearly twenty years experience in acquiring, building, leasing and selling life science, medical office, industrial and mixed-use commercial properties in excess of $4 billion and totaling more than 7 million SF. He founded Outshine Properties in 2020 and has overseen the acquisition, build out and repositioning of over 1.5 million SF of life science assets since its founding. He was formerly the Executive Vice President at Thor Equities where he chaired the life science platform and managed acquisitions and dispositions, as well as sourcing joint venture equity and financings. Prior to Thor, he served as principal of Capstone Equities, where he was responsible for managing acquisitions, sourcing new investments and structuring joint venture partnerships, as well as leasing a portfolio of 4MM SF on the east coast of the US.
