Jonathan Probst joined SRS in 2022 as Senior Vice President and Managing Principal in the Houston office. In addition to his brokerage activities, Jonathan leads the future growth of the Houston office and handles the day-to-day leadership, management, and business development for the Houston brokerage team. He focuses on tenant representation, project leasing, and investment sales. Jonathan has 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, most of which was with The Retail Connection where he represented national retailers such as Raising Cane’s, Top Golf, Jos. A. Bank, and Tiff’s Treats. Not only has Jonathan represented national retailers in their expansion plans, he has also supported big box retailers in “right sizing” their current footprints. On the ownership side of the transaction, Jonathan has experience in development, leasing, and sales of single-tenant assets around the nation. He has represented notable landlords and developers such as Inland Western, Global Fund Investments, and Eagle Equity.
