Jonathan Nikfarjam is the Managing Principal and Founder of Shield Commercial Real Estate. Over his brokerage career, he has received numerous sales recognition awards, broken highest priced sale records, and closed over 200 transactions totaling in excess of $500 Million in sales.
He has been recognized 4 times in the LA Business Journal for “Who’s Brokering Los Angeles,” as a top performing broker. With over 13 years of experience, he is a licensed real estate broker and has also served as an expert real estate witness. Jonathan was also a panelist guest speaker at RealShare, the largest multifamily conference nationally, for the “The Art of Multifamily Deal Making” panel. Prior to starting Shield CRE, Jonathan was the Managing Principal of the Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors office in El Segundo. During his time there, he was ranked amongst top 2% of Coldwell Banker Commercial agents in the country.
