Jonathan Mendes joined Arbor in November 2019. Based in the New York City office, he is responsible for originating loans across all of Arbor’s portfolio of products including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, SFR Portfolios, Private Label, Bridge, Mezzanine and Preferred Equity transactions nationwide. Prior to his career at Arbor, Mr. Mendes served as an associate at M&T Bank. In this role, he structured and underwrote new construction and permanent debt on multifamily, hotel, office, industrial, and single-family residential developments. Mr. Mendes graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University.
