Jonathan Kutner is the Chief Executive Officer and Principal of Harborview Capital Partners, LLC, a full service real estate finance firm specializing in multi-family and healthcare assets as well as commercial and office properties. Mr. Kutner has been in the real estate finance business for a decade, during which he helped build one of the country’s largest origination teams, successfully closing close to $2 billion of FHA and FNMA transactions.
