Mr. Karlik graduated with a degree in Finance from the Robert H Smith School Of Business at the University of Maryland. He later obtained his degree from the NYU School of Real Estate in Real Estate Finance and Investment. Since 2007, Jonathan has been involved in every aspect of the real estate business including new development, rehab, brokerage, origination, underwriting, acquisitions, financing, construction and property management. While working for his family business (www.jkequities.com), Mr. Karlik was responsible for underwriting, acquisitions and managing past and current real estate developments ranging in size from $10 Million to $450 Million. In 2018, Jonathan relocated to Miami to continue to grow his real estate career. Jonathan is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida and New York.
