Our team specializes in commercial office sales and leasing in Manhattan. Jonathan Ben-Dayan joined Winoker Realty Company, Inc. in 2010 and I am now working at EVO Real Estate Group. Prior to joining Winoker, Jonathan worked at Adelphi Real Estate where he was trained to identify his client’s needs into effective real estate solutions. Since joining Winoker, Jonathan has been involved in multiple commercial co-op and condominium sales representing both sellers and buyers and also focuses on leasing. Jonathan has been mentioned in the commercial observer and Crain’s for his involvement in the sales of floors in 25 West 31,143 West 29, 323 west 39th street, 800 second avenue and 633 Third Avenue. I am a firm believer in the importance of relationships and the ability to understand a client’s needs. Jonathan launched his real estate career by attending New York Real Estate Institute, and is a licensed real estate sales person in the State of New York and a member of the Real Estate board of New York (REBNY). Jonathan attended Brooklyn College with a concentration in Business Administration.
