Jon Pezzoni serves as a Vice President on Avison Young’s Metro West/495 West team.
He specializes in representing tenants and landlords in commercial sales and leasing transactions. Jon comes from a family deeply entrenched in real estate development. He has teamed up with Bill Sullivan to work on several projects in the area, including the development of a 220 Acre industrial zoned land site at Hopping Brook Park in Holliston. The project can accommodate over 1 million square feet of industrial/warehouse development. Jon along with the team is the exclusive agent for over 2 million sf in the I-495 area, representing a mix of office, flex, R&D, warehouse, land and industrial sites.
Jon assists tenants by providing in-depth market intelligence, identifying and evaluating space alternatives, performing due diligence, and negotiating the most favorable terms for his clients. He will ensure all terms negotiated are incorporated into the transaction and can assist with the coordination of move in.
