Jon Mackey specializes in office and R&D sales and leasing on the San Francisco peninsula and in Silicon Valley. He has completed over 800 transactions totaling more than 9.0 million square feet and more than $1.0 billion in consideration. Mr. Mackey is annually a top performer at the firm. His achievements include the CoStar PowerBroker designation; the firm’s Worn Shoe Award winner for most deals completed in a given year; and two-time winner of the Dealmaker of the Year Award presented by Equity Office Properties to the agent who completed the most deals in the county in a given year. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Mackey worked for early-stage technology companies and idealab, a well-known incubator. While working for these various startups, Mr. Mackey worked on company business plans, met with investors to secure funding, and created and implemented the sales and business development strategy.
