JD Parcheta joined The Telos Group, LLC in 2018. As a Leasing Director, JD has represented both institutional and entrepreneurial ownership groups including Blackstone, 601W Companies, Brookfield, Related Midwest, and Barnett Capital Ltd. Throughout his time at Telos, most notably, JD has worked on two of the largest office repositioning projects in the United States at The Old Post Office and Willis Tower. Most recently, JD provides strategic leasing and marketing guidance at 1 S Wacker, Willis Tower, 725 W Randolph, 161 N Clark, and 175 W Jackson. JD holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
