J.D. joined Bridge in 2021 and serves as an Associate for Bridges’ Landlord Representation division. His responsibilities focus on the marketing of Bridges’ Houston Industrial properties. J.D.’s duties include compiling and maintaining a database of tenants and building owners; generating leads; setting pitch meetings; and preparing and evaluating building occupancy.
