Jon Compitello is a Senior Vice President of Brokerage Services at JLL’s New Jersey office. At JLL, Jon dedicates his responsibilities to include new business development primarily focusing on market research, financial analysis, site and facility acquisition and disposition, and lease negotiations.
His primary focus includes business development, property marketing initiatives, strategy implementation, coordination and review of market research. Jon has successfully completed projects for Sharp, Panasonic, ePlus, 3 Shape and Ameriprise Financial. On the landlord representation side, he has worked with Senlac Ridge Partners, The Hampshire Companies and The Silverman Group.
Jon graduated from Franklin and Marshall College with a Liberal Arts degree in Business Administration and is a member of the Delphic Society, which recognizes student athletes with a 3.0 GPA or greater. He is a member of the Franklin & Marshall Metro New York Alumni Association as well as the Suburban Chamber of Commerce.
