Jon’s success is based on positive referrals and market expertise as he is a 35+ year veteran of the real estate industry. He has held numerous positions across the industry as an agent, broker, trainer and regional manager of various agencies ranging from small to mid-sized as well as independent companies. His expertise has also enabled his continuous love for learning and teaching as he has remained active in real estate education and has provided accredited training and course-work for agents across the state. Currently, and for the past 10 years, Jon has held the position of broker for Coletta Commercial Realty, specializing in both Commercial and Multi-family sales in Ocean and Monmouth Counties. Jon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Real Estate from Rider University.
