Jolie Duhon is a Vice President within CBRE’s National Retail Partners (NRP) Southwest. The NRP is the leading retail investment sales team in the country, backed by the most powerful retail and capital markets platform in the world. Over the past five years, the collective NRP has been involved in excess of $20 billion in retail investment sales. Ms. Duhon joined the CBRE Houston team in 2024, specializing in retail dispositions throughout Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Duhon was at Orr Commercial, where she focused primarily on marketing and leasing the firm’s retail centers across the Greater Houston Area. While at Orr Commercial, Ms. Duhon assisted in the disposition of several of the firm’s Houston retail assets. In addition to her sales and agency experience, Ms. Duhon has represented several national retail brands in local site selection and lease negotiations.
