John Wilson is a member of the Debt and Structured Finance Team, based out of Walker & Dunlop’s Philadelphia office. Mr. Wilson is responsible for the initial structuring, underwriting, and closing of commercial real estate loans nationwide. Mr. Wilson specializes in multifamily loans through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Capital Markets.
Mr. Wilson joined Walker & Dunlop in 2018 as an analyst in Asset Management and later transitioned to Production in mid-2019.
Mr. Wilson is a member of a team that has sourced over $4.5 billion in commercial real estate finance transactions and has experience with Multifamily, Student Housing, Seniors Housing, Retail, Office, Industrial and Self-storage.
Mr. Wilson graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Foreign Affairs and Spanish from the University of Virginia and is actively pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
