With more than 25 years of commercial real estate expertise throughout the U.S., John Tennant, Managing Director with Franklin Street, specializes in the sale of single-tenant and retail properties, helping clients achieve maximum value for the sale of their assets. Mr. Tennant joined Franklin Street in 2010 as a Senior Director and a key contributor to the Franklin Street investment sales team. He has been involved in more than 10 million square feet of leasing and development during his real estate career and his background in leasing, coupled with his development expertise, gives him a unique perspective for each of his clients. Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. Tennant was a Development Partner with Hendon Properties LLC in Atlanta for six years where he was responsible for all aspects of development and leasing. Mr. Tennant began his career in retail commercial real estate in 1987 with New Market/Cousins Properties and handled outparcel and shop leasing activity for its Northeast power center portfolio.
