John T. Plower serves as a Executive Vice President within the Capital Markets Group at JLL. He is responsible for valuing and marketing investment properties for sale in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. In this capacity, John and his team are committed to providing best in class disposition services to institutional and private investors, REIT’s, financial institutions, and developers along with advisory and consultative work for corporate clients.Prior to joining JLL, John served as an Associate Director at Cushman & Wakefield. Since 2007, he has been involved in over 16 million square feet of transactions valued in excess of $1.6 Billion for clients such as AEW Capital Management, Cabot Properties, Clarion Partners, Equus Capital Partners, Exeter Property Group, IDI, J.P. Morgan, Panattoni Development Co. and Principal Global Real Estate Investors.
